Logan was happy and running around the room with a bunch of friends he’d made since settling into his new school. Acting just like a typical seven year old boy would. Rowan seemed to have settled completely once Logan had been initiated into the pack, and he was more comfortable now that she and Ryder were Marked and Mated. Still came forward to challenge Layla to a run once a week or so, sometimes twice. And it still annoyed him that he could not as of yet beat he. Still made Layla laugh and tell him he was still young.
Brianna’s eyes moved about the dance floor and she found Stella being twirled around by Carlos. He’d asked Brianna many times to call him Nolan, but she still called him Carlos, actually preferred to use his full name. Stella told her it was driving him nuts and encouraged her to continue, liked it when her Mate was riled up and annoyed. He and Oscar got all cranky sometimes and apparently, Fade liked Oscar on the aggressive side of things.
Stella had also bought a dress for the night’s occasion, was wearing a simple off the shoulder deep purple dress with a high split. Her family were going to be here on the next weekend for her wedding to Carlos.
She wanted a silk trumpet off the shoulder style dress, in ivory. Brianna had put fine boning into the dress to show off Stella’s curves, and had embellished it with a lace off the shoulder neck line, and it had a soft pleated body, and a beautiful laced-up back. Stella was going to wear a simple tulle elbow-length vale with a soft silken ribbon edge that matched her dress, attached to a diamond-studded comb to hold it in place. Carlos insisted on real diamonds, and Stella genuinely appreciated his constant indulgence in gifts.
Carlos had not yet been permitted to view the dress, which was presently displayed on a mannequin in a spare bedroom of the Alpha Suite. She had merely finalised it this morning. Brianna had been diligently working on it to ensure its timely completion. Stella deemed it exquisite.
Brianna believed it appeared remarkable on Stella. Their day was destined to be grand and ostentatious, akin to this evening. Immediately following the conclusion of this party, preparations for Stella and Carlos’s wedding would commence. All of Stella’s siblings were attending, accompanied by her mother and father.
All had received invitations alongside Miguel, despite his ongoing injuries sustained while attempting to take Stella from Carlos. The man had refused to attend, stating, ‘I cannot walk with two broken legs.’ Carlos had scoffed, thoroughly entertained by his own wit.
Brianna derived joy from witnessing her best friend’s happiness, and they both shared a profound sense of contentment together.
Laughed quietly as Luca intentionally collided with Carlos while he was with Sadie, evidently attempting to outdance Carlos; she suspected a challenge was occurring. They were all ridiculing one another as well.
Brianna had laughed heartily this morning upon learning that Sadie was, in fact, Luca’s Mate. The full moon set at six o’clock this morning. Sadie had confidently entered the midst of a training session, visibly irritated that Luca had abandoned the suit to train when the moon was scheduled to set that morning. Ryder and his Unit were conducting their standard training session, and Luca had participated rather than remaining idle to await developments.
Consequently, Sadie pursued him when the moment arrived and asserted her claim on him as her Mate. Directly in front of Ryder and the entire Alpha Unit, as well as all the warriors undergoing training, she had evidently approached the man, leaped at him, and bit him the instant he growled the word ‘Mine,’ thereby asserting her claim before he could assert his.
They had remained secluded in the Beta’s suite for the majority of the day, which was not unexpected, but had descended for her and Ryder’s engagement celebration. They appeared equally content as Carlos and Stella and were enjoying themselves. It appeared that everyone was enjoying themselves this evening.

Certainly, there were them along with his entire Alpha Unit and their Mates. A formal photograph of Ryder and Logan, with Logan positioned directly in front of them. Numerous photographs of the guests were being taken, as she observed.
The party had been in full swing for over three hours and showed no signs of winding down soon. She was somewhat fatigued; it had been an arduous day, and she was invariably accompanied by Ryder wherever he went. The man’s hand scarcely departed from her hip throughout the entire evening.
Only while seated for their meal or dancing with her on the dance floor did both of his hands rest upon her. The man was pleased, as he constantly gazed at her. He perpetually exhibited lascivious hands that incessantly made contact with her. Frequently had to repel the man on an ordinary day. She repeatedly dismissed him from her office at least twice daily, instructing him to attend to his work.
The man appeared insatiable; not a single night passed without him drawing her into their bed, growling and yearning for her, asserting his need to possess her, despite her never having denied him.
She appreciated his constant desire for her and reciprocated those feelings, yet at times, her exhaustion hindered her ability to concentrate on work the following day. On certain days, she required a nap, a necessity she had never experienced previously in her life.
Layla was consistently joyful now, although she had yet to reveal her wolf form. Brianna had enquired several times over the past weeks if she wished to participate.
Had not received a definitive response regarding the issue. She simply had not. Although Layla and Aiden frequently mated in human form, they both appeared content with the current circumstances. Aiden never requested Layla to transform, appeared to comprehend that she was no longer capable of doing so.
She was abruptly drawn from her contemplation by Helen, who stood beside her. “Greetings”
“Greetings, Helen.” Brianna beamed at the woman. She was consistently vivacious and amiable. They maintained a harmonious relationship.
“May I request your assistance for a moment or two, dear?””
Ryder’s gaze was fixed on the woman. “For what purpose?”He enquired before Brianna had the opportunity, already sensing his grip tighten on her hip. Exceedingly possessive this evening, she could not take two steps away from him without him enquiring about her destination.
“Girl talk,” Helen stated, then removed his hand from her hip, linked her arm with Brianna’s, and walked across the dance floor to a table where Betsie was already seated. Sadie and Stella arrived a minute later.
What is occurring?She enquired.
“Sadie!”Helen asserted, “To obtain Luna’s assistance, you must communicate with her.”
Sadie exhaled and acquiesced, then inhaled deeply and telepathically communicated to all the women at the table, revealing, “I am pregnant, and Ryder intends to kill Luca for this.”
Brianna nearly erupted in laughter, “Hmm.” That is a predicament, Sadie!She had previously overheard Ryder inform Luca.
