The Alpha’s Second Chance – Chapter 251

Hypocrites

“Indeed, based on my observations of Helena’s amusement today at witnessing their capture, particularly in the Luna’s Office.” I would have to affirmatively respond in the affirmative.

Both individuals were now gazing at Luca. He exhaled, “On the inaugural night she occupied the Luna Suite, she observed Sadie exiting my room.”

“Is that when you procured her sustenance?” Did you intimidate her into silence regarding the matter? He experienced an increase in his agitation. If the man had threatened her, he intended to incapacitate him.

“No… I intended to request that she remain silent, inform her of my desire to postpone, and convey the information to you personally at the appropriate moment.” She informed me that she was completely indifferent to it. She informed me that she would not communicate anything to you.

“Who else is aware?””

Luca shook his head, stating, “I was unaware that Helen and Benjamin were acquainted.” “I believed only Brianna was aware.”

Ryder directed his gaze towards his father. “What is the duration of your acquaintance with Helen?”He sought to ascertain the duration of his confinement in darkness and the identity of those concealing secrets from him within his own pack. He comprehended Brianna; trust had not yet been established.

“Helen, immediately, Sadie informed her, could not contain her enthusiasm, evidently exhilarated by the experience.” I heard that it has not been satisfied previously. I only discovered this when you indicated that she had a boyfriend. Helen conveyed the information to me, then shook his head.

“Have you never been satiated before?”That was a peculiar assertion.

Luca was not her eldest son. “If that is what you are thinking,” Ryder sighed, seemingly unaware of his younger sister’s true nature, and directed his gaze at Luca.

“Certainly was not her initial experience.” She was aware of her actions and her desires.

“I wish to avoid that discussion.” Ryder scowled at the man. The information regarding his sister and his Beta was excessive.

“Everyone leave.” Ryder murmured. He had reached his limit.

“Son, Sadie?””

“I will apologise once I have composed myself; I also desire an apology for her harsh remarks regarding Brianna.” He glared at Luca, exhaled sharply, and averted his gaze from the man. He heard both of them exit the room and resumed his position in the chair.

He sighed and ran a hand through his hair, realising he would likely need to apologise, particularly if they turned out to be Mates.

I would have preferred to remain uninformed; ignorance would have been more advantageous regarding that issue. He wished to avoid a dispute with Sadie or Luca; however, he was aware that he would soon witness the two of them together or her exiting the man’s room.

If Brianna had observed it, he would have done so eventually as well. He was uncertain about his feelings regarding that situation and would likely remain irritated by it for some time, particularly if they were not Mates. Thus concludes his pleasant afternoon with Brianna and Logan. Recognised that he would not be pleasant company for the remainder of the day.

Brianna’s Perspective

Brianna was seated in the pack-house dining room, observing Ryder and his father, Benjamin. They were gazing at her. He had just requested that she contact the police in Colorado to inform them that the movers Ryder had dispatched to her residence were not criminals. She had scarcely completed her breakfast.

Both were pressuring her; Ryder had enquired, and when she merely raised an eyebrow, Benjamin contributed his opinion, yet she had not received an apology for his presumption regarding this issue. For dispatching his men to unlawfully enter her residence and attempt to relocate her without consent.

“What is the reason?”Brianna finally stated plainly. “Merely remit the penalty.” “You committed the offence; therefore, you must serve the sentence.” She then reclined in her chair, scrutinising each individual in succession, deliberately.

“Brianna, please.” It was Ryder. “The van has arrived.” If you retract your statement, the movers can not only transport your belongings here immediately, but they can also retrieve Stella’s simultaneously.

Brianna conceded, “It is likely feasible,” as she took a sip of her coffee.

“What is required, Brianna?”It was Benjamin: “To ascertain your location?””

Gazed directly at the man and subsequently shook her head. Rescinding her statement was not particularly difficult, yet she was reluctant to do so. Ryder had attempted to relocate her and Logan’s belongings without her consent; indeed, he had also transported them to this pack without her awareness. Although she comprehended his rationale for bringing her here, she required a comprehensive medical facility and all.

She ought to impart a lesson to them.

“No,” she declared emphatically. “Actions yield consequences; I suppose this is one of them.” “Resolve it independently.” Brianna finished her coffee and rose to depart.

“Brianna, you are acting irrationally,” Benjamin retorted.

“I am, Hmm.” What if I were to pack your belongings and relocate you without your knowledge or consent? What would be your response and emotional state?”

“The situation has changed.” This pertains to the entity known as Ryders.

Brianna interrupted him at that moment. Is it?She remarked.

“Let us observe.” He turned and surveyed the dining room before approaching the nearest omega. “Pardon me, miss.”

“Affirmative, Luna.”

Brianna calmly instructed, “Please pack Benjamin and Helen’s belongings; they are departing.”

“Brianna,” Benjamin retorted, evidently irritated by her remarks.

She observed the Omega gazing at her before turning to regard Benjamin with concern. She evidently lacked direction. He was the former Alpha of the pack, and due to a technicality, Brianna had now assumed the role of Luna. The unfortunate woman was unaware of who held the superior rank.

“Disregard him; he lacks any authority to contribute.” Bring twelve additional individuals with you. Relocating him will be significantly more expedient.

“You are being absurd, Brianna.” Benjamin’s tone conveyed anger now. “Patty, refrain from that action.” I am not departing. Brianna turned to face him, asking, “Do you not like it?”She enquired, having seemingly established her argument.

Ryder regarded her with a furrowed brow and narrowed eyes, contemplating her thoughts, yet he remained silent, choosing to disengage. Likely did not fully comprehend the situation.

“Thus, Benjamin, it is acceptable for me to be relocated without my consent, but not for you.” Contemplation. I understand the source of their arrogance.

“It is hypocritical,” Sadie asserted from her position at the table. “They are both hypocrites, Brianna.” Do not consent to revoke your order. Position the Alphas appropriately.

“Sadie, that is sufficient.” Benjamin reprimanded her.
