“Since you did not complete your meal, we decided to bring you some food and spend time here,” Callum stated.
“However, I believed you and Spencer had matters to discuss,” I stated.
“Yes, we are; however, he wishes to converse with Hallie prior to addressing certain issues at the border,” Callum stated.
“Why are you consuming alcohol?”I enquire.
I will abstain from consuming alcohol. He stated, “I will simply spend time with you all while I wait.”
“What are we awaiting?” “Let us commence with consuming food and beverages,” Zayn stated.
We laugh together.
We remain in that position until midnight. Zayn and others provided additional food and bottles of wine, while my brother departed early upon receiving a call from Spencer.
Only Zayn and I departed while the others retreated to their room to rest. They still have training tomorrow.
“Are you staying here after we finish training them?Zayn enquired. He appears inebriated, yet I believe he maintains clarity of thought.
I remain uncertain about my decision. I believe it is Spencer’s decision. “He continues to make mistakes,” I stated.
“You cannot evade the reality that he is your mate and your souls are intertwined.”
“I understand, but the situation is currently complex.”

Zayn rises and kisses me on the forehead as he used to. I am aware that Spencer will perceive it, but I hope he does not misconstrue it. I also experience pain when Hallie kisses him.
I escorted Zayn to his room and then proceeded to the kitchen to obtain some water to refresh myself. Memories of my moments with Spencer flooded my mind.
I was on the verge of returning to my room when I noticed the corridor leading to Spencer’s room. He is residing on the right flank of the pack house. I am about to go there to ascertain if he has returned when I observe Hallie exiting his room nearly unclothed.
I am astonished and immobilised in my position.
Did they fail to accomplish anything correctly? “If they did, we would have feelings about it,” I said to Rylee.
She remained silent and refrained from commenting on it. She is similarly questioning her partner, as I am.

I avoided Spencer for two days now. Whenever he goes and find me, I used my power to teleport in other places. Other don’t know about my ability to teleport too. But it’s limited. I can use it twice a day. It weakens me if I over use it.

‘I think we should talk to him. We are being unreasonable here. We don’t have proof that they did something bad to us. We are just assuming right no.’ Rylee says.

Slowly, I lift down the barriers that blocks Spencer link to me.
‘Callie? Are you there? What is your location? “I have been attempting to communicate with you,” Spencer states to our connection.
“I require solitude for a period to contemplate, Spencer,” I responded.
“Where are you located?”He enquires.
“I am currently at the lake near your residence,” I respond.
It is our residence, not solely my residence. “I will proceed there to meet you,” he states.
Negative. I do not wish to be disturbed. I expressed a desire for solitude.
“Oh… Very well, may I request your company for dinner this evening?” I reserved a reputable restaurant in the area. Shall we proceed there subsequently?He enquires. He appears uncertain whether I will accompany him or not.
I flush despite his absence. Is he enquiring about a date with me?
‘Are you asking me for a date Spencer?’ I ask.
‘Yes.’
‘Okay.’
‘Yes! I mean yes, okay. I’ll pick you at six p.m in the pack.’
‘Sounds good.’

This is good about pack and mates. We don’t usually use mobile phones to communicate, but there’s a limitation to it. We can only communicate when we are together or we are in our pack territory. When individuals are distant, such as being outside the territory, across the country, or within another pack, we are unable to communicate with them, thus we utilise mobile phones.
