The Alpha King exited the chamber, causing my breath to catch. I desired to retreat to the chamber and secure the door, although my legs remained immobilised.
My pulse began to race with trepidation due to the intensity of his gaze upon me. With the man departed, only the two of us remained.
I sought to refute the assertion that I had eavesdropped on them. However, when I opened my mouth to speak, no words emerged.
“Were you never instructed on the impoliteness of eavesdropping?” he enquired icily, advancing towards me.
I retreated swiftly, rejecting any closeness to him. I had never experienced such revulsion against him until a few moments ago. His awareness of the blood he has already spilt and the blood he is still to spill renders him repugnant.
My back collided with the wall as he slammed his body against mine, restraining my hands above my head.
“Allow me to leave…” I could scarcely resist, and when he pressed his genitalia against my abdomen, I inhaled sharply.
“I am aware that you have overheard everything,” he stated in a gravelly voice, leaning his face closely to mine, “I understand your fear; you are entirely justified in feeling that way. I am a monster, and I eliminate anyone who obstructs my desires,”
“How could you murder your brothers? Do you not possess a heart?” I exclaimed tearfully.
“What purpose does a heart serve?” He pressed his genitalia against my abdomen once more, “I possess my phallus, my wealth, and my influence. And then there is you, which suffices for my needs,”
“You are unable to possess me…”
“I have already done so,” he concluded, “Therefore, conceive at once. I require an heir; it is the sole means to solidify my status as the Alpha,”
“Eventually, you will encounter your demise, and you will experience as much suffering as you inflicted upon others,” I stated emphatically, gazing directly at him.
He offered a languid smile and grazed my bottom lip, stating, “If I am annihilated, I will take you with me. If I cannot possess you, then no one else shall. I would prefer to end your life than allow you to exist in my absence.”
“I disdain you!” I spat on his face, incensed by his malevolent remarks.
I must urgently flee and alert Don regarding his intentions. I must be elsewhere, not confined here on a dreadful island.
He seized my hair violently, causing me to cry out in agony.
“How dare you spit on my face?!”
“Release me, you fiend!”
“Never, you are privy to all my secrets. It would be foolish to let you depart. Therefore, you should acclimatise to my presence!” He shouted and pressed his lips against mine.
Jimmy’s Position
I dined with Liza, Alpha Darius, Lucas, my parents, Bria, and Don. They all gathered at the pack house, and we shared a table. It served as an effective bonding opportunity and the one means by which I could assure them of my well-being.
Liza persisted in contacting Don and Bria, despite my repeated assertions that it was unnecessary.
Upon receiving her message, they abandoned their pack and hurried here. Bria incessantly concerned herself with my well-being, enquiring constantly if I was genuinely alright.
My mother wept profusely upon witnessing my wounds and scars, making it nearly hard to soothe her.
Throughout the supper, she continuously glanced at me, spoon-fed me, and enquired whether any part of my body was in pain. It was rather awkward; nonetheless, it is characteristic of moms and their incessant affection for their children, regardless of our age.
Shortly thereafter, dinner concluded, and Mother volunteered to clear the table with Liza. Father was seated and conversing with Alpha Darius.
Lucas, Bria, and I withdrew and ambulated along the desolate, dimly lit street. As Bria and Don returned to their group, Lucas and I decided to bid them farewell.
They posed numerous enquiries, while I harboured a plethora of unexpressed thoughts; there were many matters I was eager to convey, although I refrained from articulating them at the eating table.
I refrained from distressing Mother further, hence I could not disclose in detail the suffering I endured at the hands of the Alpha King.
However, now that it was alone us, I proceeded to address their incessant enquiries, providing them with every minute detail they sought to understand.
“They transported me to an antiquated structure situated in the heart of the forest. It was the Alpha King’s dungeon, where he confined his transgressors. Others remain imprisoned there; I was the sole fortunate individual to escape,” I informed Bria, who enquired about my captivity.
“Robert has become uncontrollable. He resembles a complete monster now. I cannot believe he possesses a dungeon!” Don trembled at the revelation.
“Don, you are oblivious to numerous aspects of the Alpha King. He was your closest confidant, which led to your unwavering trust in him. You neglected to uncover his secrets,” Bria remarked irritably, entwining her arms with Don’s.
