“I have come to discuss the Rigel Moon Pack,” Jackson declared gravely. Jason, who had been drinking water to clarify his thoughts, halted when his attention was captured by his Grandpa, who referenced Opora’s Pack in his presence after two years.
Members of the pack were prohibited from recognising the Rigel Moon Pack or Opora, under threat of serious repercussions.

Yes, the probation had been withdrawn and the treaty had been re-established automatically, but the Rigel Moon Pack had not dared to come before Jason without his permission. Who would be audacious enough to insult the Alpha? The senior wolf’s attention was directed towards Lucas, who had concurred with his brother’s decision.
