Jade turned in surprise to look at the man:
“You…”
Taylor Callum smiled, “I’m not cold…”
Jade dazedly responded with an “oh,” lowering her head and continuing to walk forward.
As they walked, she stole glances at the man, and when he wasn’t paying attention, she sniffed the coat. Hmm, it smelled like lime; the male idol really loved lime.
Still lost in thought, she then heard the man instructing her to wait in place for a moment while he went to get the car.
The young girl absentmindedly nodded.
Taylor Callum left, and a few minutes later, Jade was brought back to reality by the sound of the horn.
The man lifted his chin, signaling her to get in the car.
Jade paused, instinctively raised her hand to open the passenger door, but just as she touched the door, she hesitated for a second and ran to the back door, opening it and bending down to climb in.
Halfway in, she was called by the man:
“Come sit in the front…”
Jade paused, meekly responded, and came out from the back, then got into the front seat.
She didn’t dare look at the man, raising her hand to touch her nose.
With a special car arranged, they quickly arrived at Jade’s home. Following the young girl’s directions, the man parked the car in the community parking lot, and Jade got out.
She waved goodbye to the man, but he followed her out of the car, lowered the brim of his hat, and looked down at her:
“I’ll walk you to the door…”
Jade’s eyes widened, “No need…”
She pulled at the coat that was almost slipping off her shoulder, remembered, and handed it back to him: “Your coat, here…” and added a thank you at the end.
The man didn’t take it, looking at her: “You wear it…”
Then the two of them tangled for a while, and in the end, Taylor Callum was persuaded, watching the young girl take the elevator upstairs.
Here, Jade had arrived home, waiting for the male idol to get home and message her. The young girl was diligently working on her math homework.
By the time she saw the message and replied, over half an hour had passed.
As soon as she sent it, the man immediately asked her why she wasn’t asleep yet. Jade complained and sent him a photo of the test paper spread out in front of her.
Jade, a flower: “Going back to school tomorrow, just doing my usual homework…”
The man paused for a moment, confidently said:
“How about I help you… I should be able to teach you how to solve a couple of problems…”
After seeing this message, Jade raised an eyebrow, grinned, and replied cheerfully,
Jade, a flower: “Sure!”
Saying this, she took a picture and sent it to him.
When Taylor Callum received the photo, he opened it and looked at it for a while… seriously took out paper and a pen from the drawer, and ceremoniously wrote down the problems on the paper.
Then he paused to look at the problems, and while staring, he suddenly yawned, rubbed his face, picked up his phone, and was about to reply to the young girl. But then he thought for a moment and sent the problems to someone else instead.
The message was delivered with utmost nonchalance.
The most handsome man in the universe: “Professor Taylor!!! It’s time for you to shine!”
Within two minutes, the person on the other end sent him an answer.
Taylor Callum was furious, the most handsome man in the universe: “!!! What about the process?”
Professor Taylor: “What process do you need… haven’t you learned high school math?”
The most handsome man in the universe: “…”
Before he could reply, the other person mockingly taunted him again,
Professor Taylor: “Ah… I suddenly remembered that Taylor the Male idol can’t solve math problems.”
The most handsome man in the universe: “……!!!”
But in the end, he still lost face and let himself be mocked,
The most handsome man in the universe: “Hurry up and write out the process!”
Meanwhile, Professor Taylor, who had just finished grading homework, smirked lightly, set his phone aside, and continued grading his own assignments.
That brother with a face as thick as a city wall should really have his thick skin worn down a bit.
By the time Taylor Callum received the solution process, it was nearly midnight.
The man looked at the problems, smiled happily, and quickly forwarded them to the young girl.
Before he could even gloat, the young girl replied first:
“Ah… I already solved this problem… but thanks anyway!”
Taylor Callum’s smile froze, just as he was about to reply that it was nothing.
He saw the young girl ask again:
