As Juliet showcased the interior pictures of the house, she continued her introduction.
“Can it be transacted today?”
This was the only question Jacob cared about.
“Uh, if Mr. Deby is paying in full, it should be possible!”

This was the first time Juliet had encountered a buyer who was solely focused on whether the transaction could be completed quickly.
“Go ahead and call now. If we can transact today, we’ll go see the house right away,” Jacob said.

Juliet quickly contacted the owner based on the registration information. After a brief conversation, she hung up the phone.
“Mr. Deby, it’s confirmed that the transaction can be completed today. The house has no mortgage, and the owner will arrive in ten minutes,” Juliet provided a positive response.
“Great, let’s go see the house!”
Jacob stood up, not wanting to waste any time.

Juliet grabbed the electric bike keys from the table and locked the store door as they went out.
