“Monday,” Ryder responded to her.
“Where is his mother?” I anticipated meeting Luna today as well.
“I believe she is working,” Ryder remarked with a smile. “She manages an international business.”
“Ah, it appears that some matters cannot be interrupted.”
“I am confident you will encounter her on Monday,” Ryder stated. He strongly doubted that Brianna would permit Logan to attend his first day at a new school without her presence.
