“Nolan, you are in grave peril,” she heard Ryder declare as she was transported away from them and laid upon a bed; she gazed up at him with concern.
“Rest, dear child; you are entirely secure in my bed.” Carlos bent down and gently kissed her on the lips before exiting the room.
She yawned, muttering to herself, “I am undoubtedly in trouble,” before rolling over to embrace the pillow on the bed, surrendering to sleep.
Ryder’s Perspective
Nolan and Oscar appeared unable to maintain self-control in relation to Sienna.
Once again, I had completely lost control, this time in a hotel stairwell of all places. Enzo reported that Stella rushed through the hotel’s front doors, indicating that Nolan had located her.
He had also informed Ryder that Nolan had not been far behind her, having entered the hotel nonchalantly, as if he were entirely composed. However, Stella had fled from him and his wolf, dashing into the stairwell, which triggered Oscar to initiate a game of Hunt the Prey.
Nolan had not only taken what he desired from his human in Denver, but now Oscar, his wolf, had also succeeded in securing her allegiance to him. When she had, his bloodied wolf had copulated with her in the stairwell on the 7th floor, audibly and without restraint. Oscar exhibited growling and snarling behaviour, remaining just beneath the surface. Conversely, the woman did not oppose him; rather, she reciprocated and reportedly derived considerable enjoyment from the experience.
The woman was presently slumbering in Nolan’s bed within their hotel suite. At least he had observed that Oscar had not designated her. That would be a figurative nightmare; with only days remaining until the full moon, it was evident that he and his wolf were entirely uncontrollable.
They should locate her by the upcoming full moon. If not, they were acquiring a designated Mate at the behest of their Alpha, regardless of their preferences.
Observing that both Nolan and his Wolf were bonded to her, Ryder suspected that the man was indifferent to the repercussions. He required her, and it was evident; his wolf compelled her to assert ownership over him, explicitly revealed his name, and instructed her to utter it, which she did. Subsequently, they transported the girl directly to the hotel suite on the top floor. She was utterly fatigued from being mated by Oscar, and they had just settled her into their bed.
She should remain there, or she would likely be Marked and turned within days. Nolan had gone to shower, and Ryder was standing in the hotel room’s living area, awaiting the man’s return, but he seemed in no hurry whatsoever.
Nolan exited his room, attired in light grey slacks and a white short-sleeved dress shirt, closed the door behind him, and exhibited no concern regarding his wolf’s actions, which had fully emerged and mated with a human. His Wolf ought to be more discerning; he was aware that Nolan possessed such knowledge and glared directly at his Gamma.
He was excessively relaxed from mating her to concern himself with anything, smiling directly at him, seemingly self-satisfied. “One mate located Logan, one remains.” Nolan stated plainly, “I am willing to assist you with Brianna.”
“It is indeed beneficial to be informed, Carlos!”Ryder rebuked him. “The individual, indeed.” “You allowed Oscar to mate her in plain sight.” Ryder was exceedingly irritated with his Gamma.
Nolan shrugged, stating, “I was unable to prevent him.” “She ran; I cautioned her against it, yet she proceeded regardless,” the man remarked, shaking his head. “It is futile to restrain your wolf in such circumstances.” Your mother will physically punish you, and I will permit it. I ought to undertake it myself; however, fortunate for you, I will probably require your assistance today, and at your optimum capacity. Will you be present?”
“Indeed, Oscar is quite composed and well-adjusted; I am well,” he affirmed.
It is not surprising that his wolf was composed and at ease at this moment; “Good,” Ryder murmured. He remained vexed with his Gamma, yet there was little he could do at this point; it was far too late. Luca and Enzo, who had been endeavouring to prevent both guests and hotel staff from entering the stairwell at all costs, were interrupted; the act of mating among wolves was a perilous endeavour. They were both present in the hotel room as well.
“Did either of you ascertain Brianna’s room number?””
“Indeed, the hotel receptionist was forthcoming; room 17 on the sixth floor is a family suite, likely where Stella is also residing.” Luca smiled at him.
Ryder nodded, uncertain of the outcome. He observed the three individuals and deemed it unwise for her to open the door and discover all four of them gazing at her. “Luca, Enzo, remain here; I will contact you if necessary.”
Nolan remarked, “Do not awaken Stella,” as they exited the room. What is Logan’s plan?”
“To rap on her door and observe her response.”
I do not anticipate a favourable response. The movers were apprehended last night. Brianna’s neighbour contacted her to inform her of the situation. I am uncertain whether she is aware that I was responsible or if she believes it was Nathan, who was the one issuing threats to her.
“Shall we wait and observe then?””
“Affirmative, remain prepared, Nolan.” Nathan asserted that Rowan emerged due to the danger he represented to his mother. “I do not require him to exhibit aggressive behaviour in a hotel; therefore, maintaining her composure and portraying ourselves as non-threatening is my objective,” he informed his Gamma.
