Thelma analyzed the current situation. There were eight women and ten men on their side, while there were at least twenty men in the village. Seeing this, Thelma’s heart sank, and she thought, “This is bad.” She saw the village chief glance in the direction he was pointing and nod. The man’s eyes suddenly lit up like they were ignited, and he rubbed his hands as he walked towards Thelma.
Thelma looked at his greedy gaze and instinctively felt nauseated.
The cameramen and several doctors accompanying them probably also realized the man’s intentions. They quickly stepped forward to shield the girls, protecting their female colleagues.
