“Bella, I apologise for my reaction and for intruding into your home.” I wrongfully yelled at you.

“Indeed,” she concurred. “I did not intend to damage your relationship with Dani that evening.”

“I acknowledge,” Robyn said, “Thank you for rectifying it.” Engaging her in conversation to persuade her to provide me another opportunity.

“It was the appropriate course of action,” Bella said.

“You may leave, Robyn; your initial border patrol commences at six this evening,” Luke informed him. “Benzy will designate your border and provide you with the details.”

He observed his brother nodding before departing, and he witnessed his father smiling directly at Bella, saying, “You will make an excellent Luna, Bella.”

She did not articulate anything and had not yet had Luna training. He had not thoroughly addressed the matter with her, but he would need to do so imminently, unless his mother intervened before. Although he deemed it more crucial to sever her ties to the human realm, he preferred that she undertake this task initially to eliminate any distractions during her training.

“If we have concluded here,” she stated, glancing up at him as she stepped away, “I shall return to the children and continue showing them around.”

“I would like to engage in that activity with you,” Luke remarked. He was not fond of her abrupt departure from him after everything was concluded. Nevertheless, he was aware that she had been irritated with him. This may explain why Tyler deemed it OK to bite him. “This may be an opportune moment to facilitate my connection with the triplets.”

He was certain that his beast would have no objections, since he desired to spend time with his puppies and his mate, given that they had all been separated for the majority of the day. They also needed to strengthen their relationship with the boy. Merely being in his presence should facilitate it. Or at the very least, he was optimistic about it.

Luke resolved to accompany her and the children on their stroll around the pack. He entwined his hand with hers as she started her departure from his office. Bella did not prevent him from grasping her hand. However, it did not prevent her former ideas. He desired to engage with the triplets to foster a connection. He did not express a desire to spend time with her, only with the children.

The outdoor playground was inaccessible, as it was obscured by snow and expected to remain thus for several days. Nevertheless, the triplets had plenty activities to engage in within the pack-house. Located in the entertainment area on the ground level in the southwestern section.

She discovered several youngsters engaged in play, since the inclement weather outside suggested that school had likely been cancelled today.

Bella observed several youngsters turning and smiling at their Alpha, heard him clear his throat amongst their calls of “Alpha,” and did not fully get why this should be customary. She observed him presenting the girls and Karis to numerous children who appeared to be of similar age. Bella urged them to engage in play and cultivate new friendships. That would be beneficial for them.

She observed the females seated to engage in a board game with other youngsters, while Karis only stood behind them to observe. He was unfamiliar with any of the youngsters present and was probably concerned that someone may collide with or topple one of his sisters.

“Does he consistently engage in that behavior?”Luke enquired of her.

“Yes,” Bella said, “He has consistently cared for the girls.” They are inferior in size to him.

“Extremely protective, this behaviour is characteristic of an Alpha.” He remarked while leaning against the wall, then pulled her back towards him. As he embraced her waist, she contemplated if the children recognised her, having not heard him introduce her to the group. She contemplated that he may not. He prioritised establishing a connection with his children.

She directed her gaze towards Dani upon hearing her giggle and saw her eyes illuminate. Upon Robyn’s entrance inside the room, he let them to depart to an unknown destination. Presumably to engage in intimate companionship. She appeared exceedingly content in his company.

I must begin draughting her prenuptial agreement this evening.

“Is it truly necessary for them to have one?””

“Yes,” Bella declared tersely; the girl was human and hailing from an exceedingly affluent family, so a prenuptial agreement was anticipated, irrespective of the pack’s financial status. She would attend it with all support for Dani, as was anticipated, given her role as the girl’s attorney.

“I believe it is not requisite,” he remarked.

“I am indifferent; that is the desire of Nina, Matt, and her grandfather, thus she will receive one.”

“Bella.”

“Luke.” She imitated him, prompting him to abandon the topic.

Bella redirected her gaze to her children, discovering Karis observing them. He was enough near to discern their conversation and her tone. He remained devoid of a smile, even in the company of other youngsters engaged in several activities. He remained positioned directly behind the girls, rather than engaging with other children. She saw Tyler exhale, indicating his discontent.

“I understand; he seeks to comprehend why his father was perpetually absent.” Bella concurred with her.

“And has now appeared unexpectedly.” Tyler was observing her son as intently as Bella did.

“Indeed, he lacks comprehension.” Bella recognised that the one method to address this matter was to elucidate the reasons and events that transpired. There existed a singular issue with it. It was also likely to further alienate the youngster from his father. Karis, she recognised, appreciated having a room filled with possessions, while simultaneously. He lacked comprehension, given that he had never experienced paternal presence.

He possessed a room filled with items intended not just for himself but also for his sisters. He was probably inquisitive about the possession and rationale behind it, considering Luke’s absence.

She attempted to distance herself from Luke, but he pulled her back against him. She turned and scowled up at him, asking, “Why do I have this feeling?” Are you uncomfortable with me holding you in this manner in the presence of the children? He enquired of her, gazing below, while maintaining a kind tone.
